Infracost scans for Terraform code changes and checks over 3 million prices to create a simple, understandable cost estimate before any resources are launched.

I believe I've found a bug in cost estimation. Setting `storage_type = "aurora-iopt1"` on a `aws_rds_cluster` correctly reflects the increased static cost of the cluster, but it doesn't also reprice the IO usage data as free.
