How do you get non-interactive

scan

working? Tried calling

infracost scan --debug

with

INFRACOST_CLI_AUTHENTICATION_TOKEN

and

INFRACOST_API_KEY

set but all I get is an error:

Info: fetching user data: Unauthorized

with no debug output whatsoever.

what happens if you run

infracost setup

?
