If you’re new to Terraform, I’d suggest going through https://www.terraform.io/intro/index.html and https://learn.hashicorp.com/collections/terraform/aws-get-started with a personal AWS account, it shouldn’t cost much to do those tutorials, and it’ll probably take ~<2h. We’re happy to help via here or GH issue comments if you have any questions.
