Hi all, I've put in <https://github.com/infracost/infracost/pull/1198|a PR> for adding a GitLab comment output format, which we can then use to build more <https://github.com/infracost/infracost/issues/1183|composable GitLab CI integrations>. Initially this GitLab comment is the same as our GitHub one. I've added an example of it below.

Any feedback on the format/content of the comment? GitLab has better markdown features so there's definitely opportunity to improve this.
