We do that to minimize the size of the file. If your system can't unarchive the tar.gz, you can download a zip archive here: <https://github.com/infracost/infracost/releases/tag/v0.9.20>

We added the zip archives only a couple releases ago, but haven't changed the link in our docs. Thank you for pointing that out, we'll change it :slightly_smiling_face:
