Hello! Are  you able to share the pipeline code?  Have you followed this example? <https://gitlab.com/infracost/infracost-gitlab-ci>

There are 3 commands that need to happen:
1. breakdown - get a baseline estimate
2. diff - get a diff estimate
3. comment - post diff as a PR comment

Please follow the provided example and apply it to Concourse. I assume they should be similar
